Job description: We are looking to hire an experienced Kindergarten Teacher, (ADEK Approved) for a reputable School in Al Ain .The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating lessons while teaching with patience and creativity. Your Responsibilities will include creating a comprehensive teaching plan, engaging children with diverse activities and instructional methods, and maintaining effective communication with parents.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a complete teaching plan

• Teach foundational skills such as the alphabet and numeracy, as well as personal, social, and emotional development

• Organize and utilize learning materials and resources effectively

• Employ a variety of teaching methods, including songs, stories, media, structured games, art, and outdoor activities, to inspire and engage children

• Maintain open communication with parents, providing necessary updates and information

• Assess student performance and progress regularly to ensure skill mastery

• Observe and guide children’s interactions to foster cooperation and sharing

• Collaborate with administrative staff

• Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Kindergarten Assistant, or Teacher Aide

• ADEK Approval Appointment letter (preferred)

• In-depth understanding of child development and current educational theories and practices

• Creative and artistic teaching skills

• Strong organizational and teaching abilities

• Patience and adaptability

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant license/certificate

• Filipinos preferred
